Jennifer Francisco Esq. is the founding partner of Francisco Law, P.A. Jennifer specializes in personal injury claims providing aggressive representation for individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Her extensive litigation experience and determination allows her to skillfully navigate the landscape of personal injury to get clients the compensation they deserve.

 

Prior to representing Plaintiffs, Jennifer defended insurance companies in civil litigation lawsuits dealing with insurance disputes, property damage, and breach of contract actions. Having successfully represented both insurance companies and injured parties, Jennifer has a unique understanding of both sides of the litigation process. 

 

Jennifer was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from La Salle University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Jennifer advocated at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Trial advocacy Competition winning First place at Regionals and Nationals. She was honored with the Order of Barristers, which is a national organization that recognizes people for their achievements in oral advocacy programs. She also received the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association Book Award.

 

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
